The results of the survey show four items in\nwhich the elementary and junior high schools coincide. They are as follows :\n“Individual support to the pupils with difficulties in learning\"，“support to the\npupils who cou1d not concentrate in the class nor in the study\"，“appropriate\nsupport to the pupils when they need guidance\"，“tell the teacher the situation\nof pupils\". More specifically，as the individual differences among pupils grow\nwider， guidance for everyone becomes difficult. Moreover， because the\nexpectations of this support for the students must be achieved within a limited\nspan of time，s ome people believe that only some support can be realized but not\nall.\nAlthough the existence of students volunteers is known by the\nteachers， there are differences among the teachers as to which type of\nsupport can be expected from the students.
