| 内容記述 | Recently, the stress of workers keep rising.Social support is one of the coping strategies of stress, and it is shown that social support is related to family function in previous research. However,because an empirical research that examined the effect the social support on family function was not conducted,this research investigated the problem.As a result of a stepwise regression analysis,social support and family social support decreases psychological stress reaction.Moreover,as a result of classifying the family function,family social support in adaptive groups decreases the psychological stress in the adaptive groups. | |||||||||||||||||
