| 内容記述 | Background: PCTK3 is an uncharacterized serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the cyclin-dependent kinase family. Results: The activity of PCTK3 is increased via interaction with cyclin A2 and phosphorylation by PKA. PCTK3 knockdown induces actin polymerization. Conclusion: PCTK3 is activated by cyclin A2 and PKA and is involved in actin dynamics. Significance: This study provides clues to the physiological function of PCTK3. |
