| 内容記述 | This literature review aims to identify challenges faced by international students and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling and support strategies in Western higher education. Key findings highlight the importance of culturally sensitive approaches, peer mentorship programs, and institutional support systems in addressing cultural shock, acculturative stress, and financial insecurity. The findings have implications for Japan, where international students face similar barriers but within a distinct cultural and linguistic environment. | |||||||||||
