| 内容記述 | 徳島大学では，2002年度から全学FD推進プログラムを通じて，FDの体系化，組織化，日常化を推進してきた。2025年度は，新たに教育活動に携わる学部学生，大学院生を対象とした，SA（Student Assistant）， TA（Teaching Assistant）， RA（Research Assistant）研修，より高度な教育活動に携わることができるTF（Teaching Fellow）研修も全学FDとして実施することとなった。また，教育活動に関する個別相談に対応する「教育開発コンサルティング」も新たに全学FDに組み込んだ。高知大学と香川大学による協働でFDプログラムの開発・運営を行っている「授業について考えるランチセミナー」では，今年度さらに参加者数が増加し，参加者数が100名を超えるテーマもあった。「大学教育カンファレンスin徳島」は昨年度に引き続き対面会場での実施をメインとし，一部のプログラムをオンラインで配信するハイブリッド型で開催し，多様な参加ニーズに応えることができた。本年度実施した各プログラムの概要を記載し，アンケート結果等から窺える成果と今後の課題について考察する。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Tokushima University has been promoting the systematization, organization, and routinization of faculty development (FD) through the university-wide FD promotion programs since academic year 2002. In academic year 2025, training programs for undergraduate and graduate students serving as Student Assistants (SAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), and Research Assistants (RAs), as well as Teaching Fellow (TF) training programs for those engaged in more advanced educational activities, were introduced as part of the university-wide initiative. In addition, an “Educational Development Consulting” service has been newly introduced to provide individual consultations on educational activities. The “Lunch Seminar on Thinking about Classes”, which is collaboratively developed and managed in partnership with Kochi University and Kagawa University, saw a further increase in participation this academic year, with some sessions attracting more than 100 participants. Moreover, “the University Education Conference” was held face-to-face, while some of the programs were delivered online, thereby addressing diverse participation needs. This paper provides an overview of each program conducted this year and discussions of future challenges based on the results of the questionnaire are described. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
