| 内容記述 | 徳島大学総合科学部・工学部では2011年度から4年一貫のキャリア教育プログラムを導入し，2013年度には3年生向けに「短期インターンシップ」(2単位)を開講した。総合科学部ではカリキュラム化されていたが，工学部では課外授業等で実施されているだけで単位化はされていなかった。 この「短期インターンシップ」授業の特徴は，総合科学部・工学部の合同で受講し328名の学生が受講した大規模授業下での事前学習と実習の実施にある。「社会人基礎力」を大人数の受講者に理解させ，インターンシップ先を確保した上で学生を派遣し，実習報告書を提出させた。それに伴い用意周到な事前準備や授業工夫だけでなく，大学の支援体制や受入事業所の協力が必要となる。 本稿では，大人数授業におけるインターンシップの実践活動について報告するとともに，学生および企業等側へのアンケート結果から，キャリア教育におけるインターンシップの意義・有効性と今後の課題について明らかにしたい。 |

| 内容記述 | The University of Tokushima introduced a career education program for 4 years in faculties of the Integrated Arts and Sciences and the Advanced Technology and Science from 2011. It began "short-term internship" (2 units) in 2013. It has already become the unit in the faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences and the Advanced Technology. However, it was out of a class in the faculty of Advanced Technology and Science. It was not counted as a unit. "The short-term internship" is combination of two departments. The number of students was 328. It planned study and training. I let students understand "a member of society basics power". The student went for internship. And students wrote a report. I devised it with a study for a lecture hard. The internship needs a university and the cooperation with the companies. In this article, I report practice and activity in the lecture of a great number of student. And I report the result of the questionnaire to a student and the company. And I speak significance and the effectiveness of the internship in the career education. I want to clarify it about a problem about the internship. |
