| 内容記述 | 本研究では，地方自治体職員の災害発生後の問題と事前からの計画策定の必要性に関する認識との関連性を把握し，そこから自然災害に関する対応計画を作成する際の防災担当部署以外の職員との協力体制のあり方を検討することを目的とする．調査対象地域は徳島県鳴門市である．分析においては，「災害発生後の応急期に被災地域に生じる問題」，「事前から計画を策定しておくべき災害対応の重要業務」に関するそれぞれの認識とそれらの関係性について検討した．分析結果より，自治体職員の災害対応業務に関する認識の傾向を明らかにするとともに，それらを踏まえた災害対応計画を策定する上での課題について考察した． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The role of local government officials in emergency period after disaster occurred are exceedingly important. It is necessary for effect responses to prepare the emergency operations plan before disaster occurred. This study examines perceptions of local government officials related to business continuity plan. The research area is Naruto City in Tokushima Prefecture. The results shows that local government officials recognized importance of resources related to life in emergency period and living materials for the support service. Another results indicate that perceptions of emergency response issues and important operation contents are mostly related, on the other hand a little part are not found relevant. | |||||||||||||||||
