| 内容記述 | カウンセリング場面における沈黙の重要性はこれまで多くの研究で指摘されてきた。そこで本論文の目的は沈黙についての文献展望を行い、その意味について考察することである。その結果、沈黙の意味を以下のように3つに分類し、考察した。 ①「『間』としての沈黙」：内的な意味があまりないものである。しかし、会話のテンポや話し方という視点で見ると間のとり方によってその人らしさが表れてくる。 ②「関わりの中での沈黙」：カウンセラーとの関係（二者関係）における意味を考察した。大きく2つの方向性が考えられる。1つは、カウンセラーとの一体感・接近を感じるものである。もう1つは、反対に、分離・断絶を惑じるものでもある。また、沈黙自体を、カウンセラーとクライエント双方の関係性を現している一種の行動化、エンアクトメントとして捉えることも可能である。 ③「クライエント自身の沈黙」：クライエントのみで終始し、一者関係の中で生じた沈黙の意味を考察した。言葉にならない自分の内面に向き合っている過程で沈黙が生じることもある。これはカウンセリングにおける重要な過程である。他にも、次の洞察へのインキュベーションとして沈黙が生じることもある。 |

| 内容記述 | It has been pointed out the importance of silence in counseling by many studies. This study aimed to review the studies of the meaning. As a result, the meanings were classified into three and were surveyed. ① "Silence as pause" This is the meaning not so much important meaning. However, the silence as tempo of conversation tells us personality of client. ② “Silence in relations" This is the meaning in relation between counselor and client. Two directionalities are considered. One feels the oneness and the approach with the counselor. Oppositely, one feels the separation and the rupture. Moreover, it is also possible to catch a silence as an acting out and a kind of enactment that shows the relation between counselor and client. ③ “Silence in client" This is the meaning in client by himself. In a process of reflecting his mind, silence is possible to caused. This is an important process in the counseling. Besides, silence is possible to be caused as incubation to the following insight. |
